Last year, Wisconsin added running back Chris James as a transfer from Pitt.
This year, Wisconsin added running back Rachid Ibrahim as a transfer from Pitt. Ibrahim, however, will be a graduate transfer and spend his final year of eligibility in Madison.
He made that announcement on Instagram:
In two seasons of action, Ibrahim racked up 399 rushing yards and 20 catches for 161 yards.
Ibrahim dealt with injuries throughout the latter half of his career at Pitt, including an Achilles tear that ended his 2015 season. He last played in a collegiate game when Chryst coached at Pitt in 2014.
Ibrahim will join a crowded Badger backfield that includes James, Bradrick Shaw and Taiwan Deal.
