The Heisman Trophy finalists traditionally place a large emphasis on their outfits for the occasion.
Before the 2022 ceremony, the 4 finalists (Max Duggan, CJ Stroud, Caleb Williams, and Stetson Bennett), were asked who they thought was the best dressed, other than themselves of course.
I asked the four Heisman finalists a question: Other than yourself, who do you think is the best-dressed tonight?

Williams selected Stroud due to Stroud’s red attire. “USC’s got a little red in it, so I like it,” said Williams.
Stroud refused to single out just one person, saying that “everybody looks good.”
Duggan said he was “just trying to keep up with these guys,” and conceded that the other 3 guys were better dressed.
Bennett did give Duggan some credit, though. Bennett said if he were to base it off of what he would wear, he would have to go with Duggan’s fit. However, Bennett did say that Williams had the nicest overall. “He left that tag on on purpose,” said Bennett.
