Some of the signs in Week 11 referenced Drake, getting engaged, Bijan Robinson, the mascots, and TCU. This is a heated rivalry and the Texas fans are excited for this game. This season’s game has more on the line than most years.
TCU, who is the No. 4 ranked team in the College Football Playoff, likely needs to win out to reach the Playoff. Texas can play spoiler and prevent TCU from having an undefeated season. TCU has won 6 of the last 8 meetings since 2014. Texas beat out TCU in 2021 and will look to secure the 2nd consecutive win over TCU.
The College GameDay atmosphere is bringing more attention to this in-state rivalry game.
