Big Ten Media Days 2025: Day 1 podium schedule

Big Ten Media Days 2025 is here with the league heading west for the annual event for the first time.

Previously, media days were routinely held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. Now that the West Coast is involved, the Big Ten is heading to Las Vegas for this year’s event, which is set to begin on Tuesday afternoon.

The event gets started with the annual address from Commissioner Tony Petitti at the podium, and 6 teams follow. The rest of the league will take the podium across Wednesday and Thursday.

Illinois head coach Bret Bielema will be the first coach to speak while Ohio State head coach and reigning national title winner Ryan Day concludes Tuesday’s coaches. Indiana head coach Curt Cignetti will also take the podium on Tuesday to try and drum up more interest in his Hoosier program.

Here’s the full Day 1 schedule in PT:

  • Commissioner Tony Petitti — 11:00 a.m. (2 pm ET)
  • Illinois — 11:30 a.m. PT
  • Rutgers — 11:45 a.m.
  • Indiana — Noon
  • Maryland — 12:15 p.m.
  • Nebraska — 12:30 p.m.
  • Ohio State — 12:45 p.m
