There was plenty to celebrate for Ohio State last season.
Although the Buckeyes came up short in the National Championship, they did win their fourth straight Big Ten Championship and defeated Clemson in the Sugar Bowl.
On Thursday morning, Ohio State revealed its championship ring that commemorates both of those accomplishments:

On the front, the ring features four Big Ten Championship trophies to recognize the winning streak. On the sides of the ring, it gives the final score for Ohio State’s wins over Northwestern and Clemson, respectively.
Ohio State defeated Northwestern in the Big Ten Championship 22-10. The Wildcats fought hard, but they had no way to stop Trey Sermon, who broke Eddie George’s program single-game rushing record with a 331-yard performance.
The Buckeyes defeated Clemson 49-28 in the Sugar Bowl to advance to the national title. It was perhaps the best game of Justin Fields’ career, as he played through an injury and still managed to throw for 385 yards and six touchdowns.
