Boo Carter, one of the top ATH prospects in the 2024 class, is down to 12 schools. He announced his list on Thursday.

Carter included 3 B1G programs on his list: Michigan, Michigan State and Penn State. He also included Tennessee, Arizona State, Oregon, Kentucky, Jackson State, Clemson, Miami, LSU and Ole Miss.

That’s quite the list.

Carter is a strong running back for Chattanooga Christian School in Tennessee. He also plays defensive back, but his 5-foot-10, 184-pound frame makes him a strong scat back type of player in high school.

In the college ranks, there’s no telling. As of now, Carter is projected by 247Sports to be Tennessee’s recruit to lose.

Carter is the No. 251 player in the 2024 Class and the No. 34 ATH in the country. 247’s composite rankings place Carter as the No. 5 player from the state of Tennessee.
