Boo Carter is a key prospect out of Tennessee for the class of 2024. On Tuesday, he made cuts to his list of potential destinations.
A 4-star ATH, Carter kept Ohio State and Michigan in the mix on his list. Colorado, Oregon and Tennessee rounded out the rest of Carter’s list.

Listed at 5-foot-10 and 184 pounds, Carter has made plays on both sides of the ball as a running back and defensive back. According to the 247 Sports Composite Rankings, Carter rates as the No. 32 ATH in the country and 5th overall player out of Tennessee for the class of 2024.
