Henry is the No. 560 overall player and the No. 46 athlete in the class of 2022, according to 247Sports Composite rankings. Henry also holds offers from Michigan, Nebraska and Penn State, amongst others.
Listed at 6-foot, 160 pounds, Henry attends Roseville High School in Roseville, Michigan.
Henry is the third commitment of the 2022 class for the Spartans, joining offensive linemen Gavin Broscious and Kristian Phillips. According to 247Sports Composite rankings, Michigan State currently has the No. 30 class in the nation and the No. 7 class in the Big Ten.
Obviously it’s very early in the cycle, but this is a great start to Mel Tucker’s 2022 recruiting class. Tucker and the Spartans will wrap up the 2021 class on Wednesday, Feb. 3. As it stands right now, Michigan State is ranked No. 40 nationally and No. 9 in the Big Ten for the 2021 class.
