Braylon Edwards made an interesting statement recently. The former Michigan WR talked about who he would like the Wolverines to hire if Jim Harbaugh leaves for the NFL.
College football fans all know that Michigan and Ohio State do not like each other. However, Edwards would not be opposed to hiring former Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer.
Edwards played for Michigan from 2001 to 2004. Edwards spent his time in the NFL with the Cleveland Browns, New York Jets, San Francisco 49ers, and Seattle Seahawks.

This would definitely be an interesting move. Meyer’s last coaching job was with the Jacksonville Jaguars in the NFL in 2021. Since then, Meyer has been a part of FOX Big Noon Kickoff alongside Matt Leinart, Reggie Bush, Brady Quinn, and Rob Stone.
There’s no telling how true the rumors about Harbaugh potentially returning to the NFL are. Harbaugh last coached the 49ers before heading to Ann Arbor in 2014.
