Brett McMurphy put out his first top 25 rankings for 2023 just before the 2022 season finale on Monday. The B1G had three teams featured in his rankings.
Ohio State, Michigan, and Penn State were the only teams from the B1G to make his rankings. It’s no wonder those three were featured with some of the returning talent on their rosters.
Ohio State will have Marvin Harrison Jr. back for at least another year along with talented RB Miyan Williams planning on coming back. Michigan will still have J.J. McCarthy and Donovan Edwards manning the offense.
Penn State will have its talented RB duo back in 2023 and Drew Allar is set up to be QB1 next season.
Fans will have to watch the College Football Playoff national championship game before worrying about rankings. TCU and Georgia meet up at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California to figure out who the best team in college football is.
Kickoff will be a 7:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.
