It may be time to change the pre-set stations on your car radio.
On Thursday, Big Ten Network, the Big Ten Conference and SiriusXM announced the launch of Big Ten Radio, a new channel dedicated to all things B1G. The station will have 24/7 coverage of the conference’s sports. It’s set to launch on Oct. 22.
According to Market Watch, the channel will “feature exclusive new shows hosted by former Big Ten athletes, journalists and conference insiders, as well as simulcasts of BTN programming. The daily schedule will include Big Ten This Morning (weekdays, 7:00-10:00 a.m. ET) and the afternoon drive show, Big Ten Today (weekdays, 3:00-6:00 p.m. ET).”
In addition to those shows, the channel will also carry live play-by-play broadcasts of B1G football, men’s and women’s basketball, softball, baseball and more.
There will also be weekly coaches shows, press conference, classic games and highlights.
B1G fans will literally be able to get B1G coverage day and night, regardless of where you’re located.
