Ohio State is still in the mix for a five-star running back in the 2020 recruiting class.

Kendall Milton, a five-star running back out of California, announced his top four schools on Friday evening, and the Buckeyes were the only B1G team to make the cut. His other three schools were all SEC programs, LSU, Alabama and Georgia.

Milton narrowed down his list to four schools, but he’s received 40 offers. He’s ranked as the third-best running back in the 2020 recruiting class, per 247Sports’ composite rankings.

Ohio State currently has one five-star prospect committed to the 2020 class, offensive tackle Paris Johnson Jr. The Buckeyes currently rank 11th nationally and second in the B1G in the recruiting cycle.

Milton is ranked as the fourth-best player out of the state of California and is the No. 21 prospect in the class overall.
