In the early stages of the Boca Raton Bowl Tuesday evening, BYU pulled off an absolutely gorgeous reverse flea-flicker play that ended up going for a touchdown.

Here’s a replay, courtesy of ESPN College Football on Twitter:

Quarterback Zach Wilson found Isaac Rex wide open streaking down the field for an easy touchdown right after the pitch back to him. It extended the Cougars lead to 14-0 in the game.

Wilson is already over 200 yards passing for the game on 11-of-14 completions. He also has two rushing touchdowns already with the latest one extending the lead to 21-0:

Wilson was also able to catch a pass in the game in addition to his rushing and throwing touchdowns:

The Cougars have five players in this game so far with a reception of 20 or more yards and it’s not even halftime yet. We’ll have to see if UCF is up to the challenge of making a stop to try and get back in the game.

If BYU wins this game, they’d finish their season 11-1 with their lone loss to Coastal Carolina.
