Cade Stover made it official on Monday. He’s coming back to Ohio State for another run.

Stover announced the news from his Twitter account. Stover was Ohio State’s starting TE this past season and finished the year with 406 yards receiving and 5 touchdowns.

Stover originally came to Ohio State as a LB, but has played mostly TE for the last few seasons. Now that he’s back, it will be his fifth year in Columbus. It looks like Stover wants at least one more year to hone his skills as a TE.

Ohio State ended the year with a disappointing loss to Georgia in the Peach Bowl. The Buckeyes were one missed field goal shy of heading to the national championship game.

It could be a different look on offense for Ohio State next year as C.J. Stroud is expected to go to the 2023 NFL Draft. Jaxon Smith-Njigba has declared as well.

Ohio State fans will be glad to see Stover play for another year.
