Camron Johnson, former Pac-12 and SEC WR, announces Big Ten commitment

Camron Johnson, a former Arizona State and Vanderbilt wide receiver, has announced a commitment to play in the Big Ten.
Johnson is headed to Northwestern.
Johnson began his college career at Vanderbilt, where he played 4 years. He spent the 2022 season at Arizona State, where he caught 10 passes for 84 yards.
His best season at Vanderbilt was 2020 when he was the team leader in receptions (56) and receiving yards (545), and was 3rd on team in total touchdowns (3), second in all-purpose yards (632).
When Johnson committed to Vanderbilt in the summer of 2017, the 6-foot-1, 182-pound receiver was rated the No. 47 prospect at his position and the No. 8 prospect from the state of Tennessee, according to the 247Sports Composite Ranking. He’s from Brentwood, Tennessee.
