Tom Brady has a lot of faith in Rob Gronkowski. Maybe a little too much faith, actually.

We saw the quarterback trust his tight end during Super Bowl LV, throwing two touchdown passes to Gronk in Tampa Bay’s 31-9 victory over Kansas City on Sunday. But the most dangerous throw Brady made actually came on Wednesday.

During Tampa Bay’s Super Bowl LV victory boat parade, Brady took the Lombardi Trophy and launched it from his boat to another, with Gronkowski safely hauling in the prized possession.

Still, the video alone will make your heart skip a beat:

When you win seven Super Bowls, maybe you get a little more carefree with your handling of the Lombardi Trophy. Or maybe Brady is just that sure in his abilities and his favorite tight end.

Either way, everyone was just a little bit nervous to see the Lombardi Trophy flying over open waters on Wednesday afternoon. Thankfully it stayed dry.
