CBS Sports released its midseason All-American team on Tuesday. The B1G did pretty well for itself with 10 selections.
Similar to PFF’s team, Ohio State had the most selections with four players chosen. Iowa came in second with two players on the team. Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Northwestern, and Penn State had 1 player make the team.
It’s crazy knowing that the 2022 college football season is essentially halfway over. There is still a lot of football to be played, however. The division race in the B1G keeps on getting tighter with each passing week.
Ohio State and Michigan may have another big game at the end of the season to determine the B1G East champion. In the B1G West it’s looking like it’ll come down to Illinois and Purdue.
Here’s who made CBS Sports’ midseason All-American team from the B1G:

- RB Chase Brown, Illinois
