CBS Sports ranks each team’s strength of schedule for 2019

Michigan will have the toughest schedule in the B1G, while Indiana will have the easiest 2019, according to recent rankings from CBS Sports.
Recently, CBS Sports ranked the strength of schedule for all 14 teams in the B1G, trying to break down the slate ahead for each team. According to the rankings, Michigan will have the toughest road this fall while Indiana will have the easiest schedule in the conference.
Here’s how CBS Sports filled out the rankings:

- Wisconsin
- Michigan State
- Nebraska
- Maryland
- Iowa
- Ohio State
- Northwestern
- Purdue
- Rutgers
- Illinois
- Penn State
- Minnesota
- Indiana
It’s always difficult to judge the strength of schedule at this point in the year, but it’s a fun exercise that stirs up great debate. Who knows, depending on how things turn out, some of those teams at the bottom could have more difficult roads than expected.
