All eyes are going to be on Ohio State and Michigan on Saturday at noon. The two hated rivals are competing for more than bragging rights this weekend, with the B1G East title and a potential spot in the College Football Playoff berth on the line.
It doesn’t get much better than this.
Both Michigan and Ohio State enter the game with 10-1 record. The Buckeyes are ranked No. 2 while the Wolverines are in the No. 5 spot. It’s exactly the kind of showdown we deserve after the rivalry game was canceled in 2020.
Friday, the FOX Big Noon Kickoff crew spoke about this monumental showdown awaiting us on Saturday. Former Wolverine Charles Woodson provided a quick preview.
“This is what we all wanted,” Woodson said. “Two Top 5 teams — Michigan, Ohio State. This is what FOX wanted, this what fans wanted. Michigan has put itself in a position to do everything that they have set out to do — get themselves in the B1G championship, possibly go on (to the College Football Playoff).”
