Charlie Jones has apparently been playing through an injury as of late. Jeff Brohm spoke about how the Purdue wideout is doing on Monday morning.
Jones has been one of the better transfers in the B1G this season and is leading Purdue in receiving yards with 603. Jones may still be dealing with the injury that forced him to head to the locker room against Syracuse in Week 3. Jones was able to return to the sideline afterwards.
Rivals’ Tom Dienhart reported on the news. It’s unclear when exactly Jones began being a limited participant in practice.
Brohm: C Gus Hartwig playing through injuries. WR Charlie Jones not able to always practice as he deals with injury.
