A definitive punishment was handed down in the Chase Young case on Wednesday. Suspended for two games after the NCAA responded to the university’s appeal, he will serve the back half of that suspension on Saturday against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights.

Young reacted to the news on Twitter:

The star defensive end’s teammates did not miss a beat without him on Nov. 9, routing the Maryland Terrapins, 73-14.

He will be eligible to return on Nov. 23 vs. No. 9 Penn State. In eight games this season, Young has racked up an FBS-leading 13.5 sacks and 15.5 TFL.

Sans Young, the No. 1 Buckeyes’ trip to Piscataway will kick at 3:30PM ET on BTN.
