Justin Fields’ future with the Chicago Bears has been talked about recently by members of sports media. During a press conference on Tuesday, Bears GM Ryan Poles was asked about what it would to take for him to draft a QB with the No. 1 overall pick.
Chicago secured the No. 1 overall pick on Sunday after losing to the Minnesota Vikings 29-13. Many people have started debating if the Bears should trade Fields away, draft a QB, or even trade their pick altogether.
When asked about it, Poles said that he would have to be blown away in order to draft another QB.
On sitting on the No. 1 draft pick and potentially being intrigued to draft a QB, Poles said he would have to “be absolutely blown away to make that decision.”

Fields has made a case to stick around as the Bears QB1. Fields had 2,242 yards passing with 25 total touchdowns this season even though Chicago finished the year at 3-14.
Fans will have to until April to see what the organization wants to do. Unless someone stands out to Poles, it looks like Fields will remain a big part of the offense.
