Chop Robinson is a major defender for Penn State and one of the leading pass rushers for the Nittany Lions. Unfortunately, he left action in the second quarter with what appeared to be an injury.

On a first-down play, Robinson was rushing against Ohio State’s offensive line when he sustained a blow to the side of his head. He went down to the turf immediately and stayed down for a while.

The training staff came out to check on Robinson as he remained on the turf sitting up. Robinson was eventually helped off the field, though he was walking gingerly between two people with a towel draped over his head.

Robinson was later seen being carted back to the locker room for more evaluation.

Heading into the matchup, Robinson was second on Penn State’s defense with 5 TFL and 3 sacks behind Adisa Isaac. If he is unable to return, that is a major blow for the Nittany Lions.
