Chris Holtmann is keeping up with the games this weekend just like everyone else. Holtmann asked for a score update of the Kansas State-TCU game at the end of a post-game press conference.

Ohio State hoops played St. Francis (PA) Saturday and Holtmann wanted some score updates afterward. The Buckeyes won by a score of 96-59 to move to 6-2 on the year.

Someone told Holtmann that Kansas State had scored again on TCU. Holtmann’s response was:

“Did they really? Go Bucks,”

Holtmann revealed that he was also watching the Utah-USC game on Friday. Holtmann almost lost his voice yelling at the TV.

“I did almost lose my voice last night rooting for the Utes,” said Holtmann.

Utah did Ohio State a huge favor by beating USC 47-24. Not only did the Utes knock off the Trojans, but they did so in blowout fashion.

It seems that Holtmann is a Buckeye through and through.
