Ohio State quarterback CJ Stroud is near the top of every Heisman list you’ll see this preseason.
He’s quickly become one of the top signal callers in the nation. He threw for over 4,000 yards, 44 touchdowns and just 6 interceptions as a sophomore.
At B1G Media Days Wednesday, Stroud detailed how and why he got to where he is now.
“If you ask me what a quarterback is, I definitely would say a leader on and off the field,” Stroud said at B1G Media Days. ” I think off the field is more important. You have to build trust, leadership is all about trust. If I have trust in my guys, they will do anything for me and I will do anything for them.”
