CJ Stroud has had a fantastic first half for Ohio State in the Peach Bowl.
At halftime, Stroud is 15-of-19 for 238 yards and 3 TDs, en route to a 28-24 Buckeyes lead at the half over Georgia. He has shredded the Bulldog defense ahead of the break, and Ohio State will need more of the same from Stroud in the second half.
Naturally, social media has had all of the reactions to Stroud’s monster first half.
Cj stroud is playing as expected against Georgia. Damn near perfect. Unfortunately, his inability to stop opponents run game is hurting his draft stock

CJ Stroud is by far the best QB UGA has seen this year. It’s not even close

Feels like CJ Stroud gets grief for not showing up in big games. It feels like he is as locked in as you can be tonight. #GoBucks #CFBPlayoff

CJ Stroud has answered every question about him in the first half—with iffy play calling. Let’s see him finish.

Of all the prospects in today’s CFB Playoff games, CJ Stroud (by far) had the most to gain with his performance.
So far, so good w/ a strong 1st half (15/19, 238 yds, 3 TDs). His composure is allowing him to stay in rhythm and deliver.
Should be a fun 2nd half.

Social media is clearly loving the performance by Stroud.
With much criticism placed upon the QB after the Northwestern and Michigan games, Stroud is doing his best to prove the doubters wrong.
Stroud’s Buckeyes have a 28-24 lead over the favorited Bulldogs at the half.
