After three years with the Cleveland Browns, the team has made a decision about the future of the former LSU Tiger wideout.
Beckham has made appearances in six games this season for the Browns. He had 232 yards receiving in those games he played in with zero touchdowns.
The NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport broke the news via Twitter on Friday. Rapoport also posted the Browns’ statement that they released about it on Twitter as well:
“After careful consideration, internal discussions and conversations with Odell and his representation, we’ve determined that it is in the best interest of all parties involved that Odell no longer play for the Cleveland Browns. We appreciate all his efforts and contributions while in Cleveland, but we’ve just reached a point where it is best that we move forward as a team without Odell.”

Beckham appeared in all 16 games in the 2019 season but only played in six in 2020. He was originally drafted by the New York Giants in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft at pick No. 12.
Throughout his career, Beckham has 7,062 yards receiving and 51 touchdowns. It’ll be interesting to see where he ends up next.
