A day after the offense was unveiled, the All-Big Ten team for defense was announced on Wednesday.
Indiana paced the way, with four selections by the media to the first-team (but just one by the coaches).
Iowa’s Chauncey Golston and Daviyon Nixon, Penn State’s Shaka Toney, Indiana’s Micah McFadden, Northwestern’s Paddy Fisher, Brandon Jospeh and Greg Newsome and Ohio State’s Shaun Wade were all consensus first-team selections on both lists.
The Hoosiers had four defensive backs named to the All-Big Ten teams across all levels by the coaches and the media.
