College Football Playoff rankings, Nov. 28: Michigan moves up after win over Ohio State

The College Football Playoff selection committee has updated its rankings following an eventful Week 13 slate.
The final week of the regular season had several notable results. Michigan defeated Ohio State to clinch the Big Ten East and remain undefeated. Florida State, who dropped to No. 5 last week, overcame an early deficit to beat Florida on the road last week in its first game without quarterback Jordan Travis.
Michigan moved up two spots to No. 2 overall after its win over the Buckeyes. Ohio State dropped to No. 6 following its loss to Michigan on Saturday. Penn State also came in at No. 10, giving the Big Ten three programs in the top 10.
Florida State rose about the Buckeyes this week following their first loss of the season. In addition to Ohio State, other one-loss programs such as Alabama, Oregon and Texas remain in the mix for a College Football Playoff berth.
