College football rankings: Where every B1G team ranks in the Vegas Power Ratings entering Week 5

CFB expert Phil Steele released his Vegas Power Rankings, with 4 of the B1G’s 14 teams making the top 25 on the list. Steele is one of college football’s leading experts, and offers insight into college football’s betting lines.
The list, updated weekly, is meant to give an idea of how much teams would be favored over another team if they met on a neutral field. Although, Steele does caution fans not to get too ahead of themselves. “Just because a team beat someone last week does not mean they would be favored over them in the Vegas ratings.”
