Sabrina Ionescu knows how to run a perfect pick-and-roll for the New York Liberty. Can she pick the right teams and go on a roll Saturday in Eugene?
Ionescu will be Week 8’s guest picker on ESPN’s College Gameday as No. 10 Oregon plays host to No. 9 UCLA. Ionescu became an icon for the Ducks’ women’s basketball program during his 4 seasons on the court.

Already 1 of the top WBNA players entering her 4th season, Ionescu put Oregon on the map in terms of women’s basketball. She averaged 18 points, 7.7 assists, 7.3 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game from 2016-2020. Her best season came in 2019 when she averaged 191.9 points per game to go along with 8.2 assists and 7.4 rebounds per game.
Ionescu currently is the all-time leader in NCAA history for triple-doubles with 28. For her efforts, she was named the Naismith College Player of the Year and the AP Player of the Year during the 2020 season.
UCLA and USC will make the move over to the B1G following the 2023 college football season. UCLA enters Saturday undefeated at 6-0, but Oregon is a 6.5-point favorite, according to FanDuel.
