College GameDay has announced its Week 14 destination. Another college campus will be hosting the popular pregame show for the first time in history.

Saturday evening, the University of Minnesota announced via a Twitter post that Kirk Herbstreit, Rece Davis, David Pollack, Lee Corse, Desmond Howard and the rest of the gang will be headed to the Twin Cities for the rivalry game between Wisconsin and Minnesota. The game will not only be a battle for Paul Bunyan’s Axe, but for the B1G West title.

Both Wisconsin and Minnesota won this week, setting up the decisive showdown. Minnesota enters the game 10-1 and Wisconsin sits at 9-2. The winner will face Ohio State in the B1G Championship Game.

Last year, the Gophers defeated the Badgers for the first time in over a decade to clinch its sixth win of the season and secure a bowl bid.

This will be College GameDay’s first trip to Minnesota.
