College GameDay announces Week 8 destination

College GameDay is hitting the destination we’ve all been hoping for. Next week, Rece Davis, Lee Corso, Desmond Howard, Kirk Herbstreit and the gang are packing up and headed out West.

Their landing spot? Pullman, Washington.

Yes, that’s right, the GameDay crew is headed to Mike Leach’s neck of the woods. And it should be a really entertaining show.

Washington State (5-1) will host No. 17 Oregon (5-1).

It will be the first ever trip to Washington State for the College GameDay crew. And, until Leach’s arrival, the popular pregame show hasn’t had a reason to visit Pullman.

But with the Cougars sitting at 5-1 and taking on an Oregon team that upset No. 7 Washington on Saturday, next week is as good a time as any.

This should be an entertaining College GameDay show. And we can’t wait for the one-on-one with Coach Leach.
