ESPN’s College GameDay is expecting its coldest show ever on Saturday, according to Matt Brown, publisher of the Extra Points newsletter.
The show is taking place at Bobcat Stadium in Bozeman, Montana for the rivalry between Montana and Montana State.
Brown reported that it was so cold in Bozeman that the equipment being set up on Friday started to freeze.
GameDay logistics spokesperson tells me that tomorrow will be the coldest college GameDay EVER. Some of the equipment needed to set up the set today even froze.

The weather on Friday had a high of 10 degrees and a low of 1, but it is expected to get up to 27 on Saturday.
The trip to Bozeman is the first time College GameDay has ever visited Montana.
The rivalry game has big-time implications for the FCS Playoffs this season. No. 3 Montana State (9-1, 7-0) will finish second in the Big Sky conference behind No. 2 Sacramento State, though it is not guaranteed an at-large spot. No. 12 Montana (7-3, 4-3) could get bumped from the playoffs if it picks up a loss.
