The Week 1 matchup between Michigan and Notre Dame marks the first time the two teams have played each other on the field since 2014, a game the Irish won 31-0.
Michigan and Notre Dame have played 42 times, with the Wolverines owning the all-time series with a 24-17-1 record. The two programs have not faced since Harbaugh took over in Ann Arbor.
A renewed rivalry is back on the docket and College GameDay will be in town for the show. Could Week 1 get any better?
