A heavily-recruited 4-star defensive end out of Florida will be making his commitment decision on Tuesday afternoon.

Kenyatta Jackson, a Top 100 overall prospect and one of the best defensive ends in the 2022 recruiting class, will be making his decision on Tuesday at 2 p.m. ET. He’ll be making his announcement through CBS Sports and 247Sports.

Jackson is down to three schools: Alabama, Ohio State and Oklahoma. The Crimson Tide and Buckeyes own the top two spots in the 2022 recruiting rankings currently, while the Sooners sit at No. 10.

A 6-foot-5, 235-pound defensive end out of Hollywood, Florida, Jackson ranks as the No. 78 overall prospect in the 2022 class, per 247Sports Composite. He’s also listed as the No. 7 edge of the cycle and the No. 11 player from his home state.

Jackson received more than 30 offers on the recruiting front before narrowing his list down to three schools. Indiana, Minnesota, Nebraska and Penn State were the other B1G schools to extend an offer that did not make the cut.

In 2019, Jackson racked up 46 tackles and 9 sacks for the season as a sophomore. The following year, he missed some time due to injury but was still considered one of the top players in the state.
