DeBoer comes to Indiana from Fresno State, where he spent the last two seasons. Last year, the Bulldogs finished the season 11-2 and averaged over 35 points per game.
DeBoer replaces former offensive coordinator Mike DeBord, who served in the position at Indiana for two seasons once Tom Allen was promoted to head coach.
