Darren Rovell reveals ranking of ‘most annoying’ fan bases in college football, including 3 B1G schools

Darren Rovell and the Action Network have spent the summer ranking a number of various topics, and college football fan bases took center stage this week.

Rovell revealed the list via a Periscope video, and he was surprised by some of the voting results. For example, Tennessee and Penn State finished in the top seven which was not necessarily expected.

However, the number one school with the most votes “by a mile” was Ohio State. The Buckeyes headlined the top seven that also featured Michigan and Penn State. In terms of conference, the B1G and SEC were tied with three teams apiece:

1. Ohio State
2. Notre Dame
3. Alabama
4. Tennessee
5. Georgia
6. Michigan
7. Penn State

“The bad thing about being an Ohio State fan is you lose one game and it’s over,” Rovell said. “… It seems like there’s something wrong with the Big Ten.”
