The recognition continues to pour in for Purdue quarterback David Blough.
On Wednesday, Blough was named the Davey O’Brien Quarterback of the Week for his performance against Ohio State on Saturday. The senior threw for 378 yards and three touchdowns while completing 25-of-43 passes.
Purdue defeated the Buckeyes 49-20 at Ross-Ade Stadium.

Blough has been on a hot streak since being named the starter by head coach Jeff Brohm. He’s thrown for 1,951 yards, 13 touchdowns with just two interceptions over the last five games. He’s also completed 66.5 percent of his passes for the year.
The Boilermakers are 4-1 with Blough as the starter.
Purdue will travel to Michigan State this weekend to try to extend its winning streak to five games and stay alive in the B1G West chase.
