Jackon State was able to pull off one of the most unlikely recruiting flips in recent memory.

They flipped elite JUCO defensive back De’Jahn Warren who was originally committed to the Georgia Bulldogs.

He made the official announcement via his Twitter page here:

This is a big-time flip for Deion Sanders even though he is still just starting out with Jackson State.

On Warren’s 247Sports page, he’s listed as the fourth-ranked JUCO prospect in the country for this recruiting class. He is also listed as the second-ranked corner for JUCO and the top-ranked JUCO player for the state of Maryland.

Before committing to Georgia and then flipping to Jackson State, Penn State was aggressively pursuing him, as was Alabama, Auburn, and Arkansas State. Warren actually had crystal ball predictions to Penn State for a bit in the Spring as well.

With this flip, Jackon State now has nine commitments for this class, including two four-stars (the other being Shedeur Sanders).
