The Iowa-Northwestern game was tracking along (even though there wasn’t much offense) until a protest on the field delayed it.
Wildcats students got onto the field to protest the police department before they got arrested by the police department. A Hawkeyes fan then tried to run onto the field to rip the banners before he was also arrested.

Perhaps these students were protesting the offense in this game as it has been abysmal. Only a combined 17 points were scored in the 1st half with 14 of them being scored by Iowa.
Both touchdowns were scored on the ground as Hawkeyes running back Tyler Goodson got 1, and Arland Bruce IV got the other. Goodson has 13 carries for 100 yards, plus that score at the break while also averaging 7.7 yards per carry.
Iowa is looking to get to 7-2 going into next Saturday’s contest against Minnesota. You can catch the rest of the game on the B1G Network.
