Former Michigan State wide receiver Cody White is getting a chance with the Denver Broncos.

On Sunday, the organization announced that it has signed White, who was an undrafted free agent. He initially signed with the Kansas City Chiefs after he was not selected during the 2020 NFL Draft.  He was waived in July due to a non-football injury.

White was later signed by the New York Giants, but was waived last week.

During his career at Michigan State, White was a consistent threat in the passing attack. Over three years, White hauled in 143 passes for 1,967 yards and 12 touchdowns. He was the Spartans’ leading receiver in 2019, totaling 922 yards and 6 touchdowns on 66 catches.

It was his most productive season while in East Lansing.
