Despite 2-4 start, Ryan Day says Ohio State expects Indiana to present challenges

Ohio State goes on the road to face Indiana in primetime this weekend.
The Hoosiers have been disappointing so far this season at 2-4 and 0-3 in B1G play.
Last year, Indiana gave Ohio State a scare in the shortened season but would end up falling short 42-35 and would be its only loss in B1G play.
“I think this team is much better than their record indicates,” said Day. According to Joey Kaufman of The Columbus Dispatch.

Day also talked about how Indiana’s defense is similar even with the new coordinator.

The Hoosiers 2 wins came against Idaho 56-14 and Western Kentucky 33-31.
The 4 losses for the Hoosiers have all been against ranked opponents. They lost to Iowa 34-6, Cincinnati 38-24, Penn State 24-0 and Michigan State 20-15.
The Hoosiers still have 2 AP Top-25 opponents on the schedule as it stands No. 5 Ohio State and at No. 6 Michigan.
Indiana will look to pull the upset against No. 5 Ohio State on Saturday night in Bloomington, IN., at 7:30 ET on ABC.
