Sportsbooks occasionally will do good deeds like this to help shore up good will with their customers. Still, it’s a very nice gesture from DraftKings and should be a nice surprise for Penn State backers.
Unfortunately, Nittany Lions spread bettors are out of luck. Penn State was favored by nearly a touchdown, so the result of the 2-point conversion attempt didn’t matter in determining who covered the spread.
Penn State hosts Ohio State in Week 2. Meanwhile, Indiana will travel to Rutgers for its second contest of the season.
