The saga continues for Dwayne Haskins.
The former Ohio State quarterback was released by the Washington Football Team earlier this week. Now, he’s mutually agreed to part ways with his agent David Mulugheta.
Mulugheta announced the split on Twitter, and ESPN reporter Adam
Dwayne is a great young man with whom I wish I could have continued to work with. Yet the decision was made that a fresh start would be in Dwayne’s best interest. I wish him nothing but success moving forward and will continue to root for him.

Haskins wasn’t picked up off waivers, making him a free agent.
Haskins previously lost his role as team captain as a result of an off the field COVID-19 violation. Haskins was reportedly fined $40K for the incident, the largest amount for a COVID-19 violation, according to the New York Post.
Haskins was selected by Washington with the No. 15 pick in the 2019 NFL Draft. Haskins was a First team All-B1G selection for Ohio State in 2018.
