On Friday afternoon, Chase Young made his final decision regarding the 2020 season. He will be foregoing his senior year at Ohio State and chasing his dream to play in the NFL.

It makes perfect sense. Young is a dominant pass-rusher. Those types of players are always highly-coveted in the NFL — especially nowadays in a pass-happy league. He could go No. 1 overall.
Or, if he doesn’t go No. 1 –and the Cincinnati Bengals take a quarterback, which the franchise needs for the long term, Young could slip to No. 2. He’s that highly-respected. He’s that dominant.
Every NFL team wants him.
So, which team picks No. 2 in the 2020 NFL Draft? The Washington Redskins. And who is the quarterback of the Redskins?
You can look toward Dwayne Haskins, a former teammate of Young at Ohio State, as the man in charge going forward. After all, the Redskins used a first-round pick on Haskins just a year ago. He spent time starting games his rookie season for the 3-13 Redskins.
Could they end up taking Young and reuniting the former Buckeyes?
Haskins certainly thinks it’s possible:

Was Haskins pointing at exactly that? That the Redskins could use the No. 2 pick on Young? Or was he just saying he’ll see him soon because Young is headed to the NFL?
Probably the first guess — that Washington would select Young. Especially considering the wink afterwards, Haskins may know what the Redskins are looking for come April.
Either that, or he’s just extremely hopeful that the Bengals pass on his teammate so that he can play with Young.
That, and, to not have to face him. Ever.
