The wait is over. E.J. Liddell will be playing against Illinois. Liddell was listed as questionable on Thursday ahead of the game with the flu, but is now in the starting lineup.
Liddell has lead his team in points scored and rebounds this season, averaging 19.5 points and 7.6 rebounds per game. Ohio State will need his help against a 19-7 Illinois team in Champaign. Liddell was seen warming up and shooting before the game, which is usually a good sign. Now, it’s been confirmed by Spencer Holbrook of Lettermen Row.
