Jarvis’ Yale career began in 2019-20. He saw limited playing time in a college basketball season that ended prematurely due to COVID-19. The Ivy League did not hold varsity college sports seasons for the 2020-21 academic year.
Over 3 seasons, Jarvis saw his playing time steadily increase. He was a bench contributor in 10 games in 2019-20, averaging 4.3 minutes per contest. In 2021-22, he was up to 17 minutes per game, making 5 starts in 22 total appearances.
Jarvis became a regular starter this past season. In 29 games (21 starts), Jarvis averaged 11.4 points and 5.5 rebounds over 22.3 minutes per game.
