Elijah Rushing, No. 1 EDGE in 2024 cycle, whittles offer list to 12, includes 2 B1G programs

Elijah Rushing has an appropriate name for a pass rusher. And he’s cut his impressive offer list down to 12 programs as of Monday night, including 2 B1G programs.
The B1G programs in question are Michigan and Michigan State. The other schools included on Rushing’s list are Arizona, Georgia, Notre Dame, Florida, Oregon, Washington, Tennessee, Miami, USC and UCLA. Technically, the latter 2 will be in the B1G soon.

Rushing is the No. 1 pass rusher in the class of 2024 and the No. 14 prospect in the nation. he hails from Tucson, Arizona and the No. 2 player from the state of Arizona. According to 247Sports Composite, Rushing is a 5-star prospect.
