The Buckeyes picked up a big-time commitment Wednesday night.

Four-star 2020 RB Darvon Hubbard committed to Ohio State over offers from just about every elite program in college football, including Alabama and Notre Dame, among others. The 6-foot, 200-pound back is from Scottsdale, Arizona, and he’s ranked as the nation’s No. 23 overall RB and the state’s No. 6 player, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.

Prior to prepping in Arizona, Hubbard lived in Ohio, and he’s coming home.

Hubbard’s teammate is Ohio State QB commit Jack Miller. Hubbard’s primary recruiter is RBs coach Tony Alford.

He shared his commitment via Twitter:
